We are a newly-organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business, focusing on the data centers and internet technology sectors, where our management team has extensive experience. Our management team is led by Barry Anderson, our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and Firdauz Edmin Bin Mokhtar, our Chief Financial Officer. We have also assembled a group of independent directors who will provide public company governance, executive leadership, operational oversight, private equity investment management and capital markets experience. We believe our management team is well positioned to take advantage of the growing set of acquisition opportunities focused on technology and that our contacts and relationships, ranging from owners and management teams of private and public companies, private equity funds, investment bankers, attorneys, to accountants and business brokers will allow us to generate an attractive transaction for our stockholders.
